La premie?re journe?e consacre?e a? la formation d’un public cible? (e?lus, techniciens de collectivite?s territoriales, responsables des services de l’Etat, de?cideurs des secteurs publics et prive?s, responsables de la veille, de la prospective et de la strate?gie, participants du se?minaire de juin 2009) a permis a? tous d’appre?hender les enjeux d’une de?marche prospective a? l’e?chelle de notre territoire.
Aussi, d’acquerir les concepts, methodes et outils de la prospective territoriale par les communications et temoignages de grands temoins experts en prospective ou evoluant dans des organismes regionaux tels que : Alain EvEN, President du CESER de France, (présentation de la demarche du CESER de Bretagne), le Professeur Jean-Claude LUGAN, expert de la Section Prospective du CESER MIDI PYRENEES, Claude DUPUY, president de la Section Prospective du CESER MIDI PYRENEES, Jean-Philippe BIAVA, directeur EDF GUYANE, Monique HARANG, directrice ge?ne?rale CGSS GUYANE, Ahmed HOUSSEIN, directeur des services techniques de la CACL de Cayenne.

Ce se?minaire a permis de lancer et de rapprocher le CESER d’un public d’acteurs socio-e?conomiques contributifs.
